Community Conversations in the Workplace

Community conversations are a chance for people to come share their own experiences and listen to those of colleagues. I think that having these types of conversation goes one step beyond just inclusion. It's actually again talking about the idea of culture expansion and expanding a culture. And again, this is all in service of people being able to bring their true and authentic selves to work.
