The Body Renders Fluid Through Habit
The body rendered as it were fluid through habit to use Hegel's beautiful expression simply causes the movements conceived in the mind to pass into the instruments. The idea of necessity appears in its purity without any admixture of magic. When you have a practice in your body that eliminates having to think about things, it frees up the capacity to think about other things,. which includes taking stock of what's happening in the world and the external necessities.
