In your book, you write that the hardest part of launcing a product is just getting startled. So when you have an idea and a handful of customers, growth can feel impossible. You need to get the right number of people at the right time in order for you to find value out of it. And so you have this, you have this cold start problem at the heart of many of these very, very valuable companies where you need to have this. It's really about examining some of te's biggest successes, especially over the last decade, and to find the themes and commonality for them.
