The Importance of Compliance in the CBDC Environment

Argentina has created and it lives a little bit in all of the Latin American countries, the informality. But especially here, since there are so many tariffs, taxes and rules and regulations for every rule that's implemented or thrown upon the population by the politicians, there's somebody who finds a way around it. And basically, the whole game here in society is trying to game the system as much as possible.
