Nicholas: I think check list allows one to be very well prepared in terms of going through the most important things that you have to look at. He compares investing to a parrymutal system, right? Where you are betting on a horse, and you know which horse will do well. But again, the odds have changed in a manner that now you don't get the desired return. And so i think checkles is a great way to ensure that i have taken all the lessons from the past, not just mine, but also other investors.
