Dame Louise Casey has published a scathing report into the Metropolitan Police. She says it is racist, sexist and homophobic at all levels of the force. The new Met Chief Mark Rolie doesn't agree with her findings but he won't use the word 'institutionally' We'll talk to Dame Louise about where does this leave public trust in the police.
