The Economic Benefits of Living in a City Centre
The industrial world created large cities all over the world that are very similar in many ways. I think we'll see more variants in terms of some cities going like really extreme in one direction you know extremely walkable hostile to cars don't care about offices at all. People will have more choice in terms of voting with their feet and choosing what lifestyle fits them so that kind of branding and variants that I mentioned in the world of offices and compared it to hotels could apply to cities as a whole.
