How to Overcome Negative Self Talk
If you're constantly negative, there's chance you might be unhappy with yourself internally. You might not be addressing an area of your life that you need to work through. Throughout the day, monitor the conversations you're having with yourself. Write down how many negative and how many positive a times you're talking and thinking about these things. This is a mental test that you've got to put yourself through. And i'm a huge advocate of therapy, and it's helped me in so many ways in my life.
