Scepticism, in a way, is self limiting. There's already a circular element to scepticism. Scepticism would be far less motivated if people weren't thinking about causality and lots of other stuff. And the sceptical worries have a lot less force if you don't subscribe to a naturalistic point of view. If we were to reject natural science for this reason, it would be undermined our motivations for skepticism. So i think that he said in introduction to phenomenology: 'You got a start from where you stand, and there's nothing wrong with that'
