You're a Woman, Right?

I think it's gotten slightly better, especially at this elastic level over the past 15 or 20 years. But we still clearly have a long way to go. So I've been working the last 20 years as a real estate developer for a nonprofit organization called Slavic Village Development. And so the main goal is to revitalize the neighborhood through housing and also to provide like quality affordable and market rate housing in that community. It's a 40 hour a week job, but sometimes it's more. You just do what you've got to do. And it's been a really good experience.
