Sales Has a Massive Weight

Sales has a huge influence over the marketing function, particularly if marketing is rolling up to a c r o or whatever. So how do we change that thinking? If you believe in what doing and have confidence in your strategy, you should pitch it on the way in. Andok? You will get excluded by people that don't see the world the same way that you do. I would highly recommend getting out of there as soon as possible and finding people that are aline with how the world really works.
