How to Buy a Boring Business

I legit worry that we are an economy like we're headed towards an economy where it just there's a few companies that own everything. And so that's why I think we should buy boring businesses. Blackstone will never step foot in your office or in the coffee shop located next door. The CEO is not going to and not because he's a bad guy, but because his incentive alignment is in shareholders and profit. yours is in services to your local community.
