There is definitely some darkness to the character. I don't want to make him too frivolous and too happy to go lucky and fun. It was important to keep something underneath. There's a sadness there. He touched on it briefly in season three when Roman comes to his villa in Lake Como. And he tells Roman that he is stressing out because he doesn't know which bed to choose. So he ends up sleeping on a hard mattress on the floor. Even though we can buy a fantastic bed and sleep well in it, but it's like, is it the best bed?
