The Importance of Balance in Strength Training

The brain thrives on novelty so when we challenge the body balance wise but also I challenge them. So, gosh, the brain is so interesting and I keep studying it but there's so much to to learn. There are colleagues that I have that are really brain experts that I pick their brains to try and get some answers. But Balance isn't for me just standing on unstable surfaces. My training involves instability, which I feel I know is a critical part of training, but there's a lot more to it.
