The Importance of Diversity Training

Diversity training is a bit older than you know what we saw explode in the post George Floyd moment. It mirrors the kind of sexual harassment training that many people have taken when they go to their jobs. I say that 90% of useful workplace training whether you call it D or otherwise is don't be a dick. And part of being aDick is telling racist jokes.
