We bought the two different companies in late 2016 and mid-2017. Then we were sitting basically in the end of 2020 saying, look, we keep getting in-down interest every week. We're sitting on a great asset. We don't have to sell, but if the right price comes in, we'll do it. It's easy to look now and say that was a great time to exit. But we were about nine turns of EVITA, we thought, higher than what our exit multiple assumptions were.
