The premier represents a Toronto writing. The feds are all Toronto writings. My suspicion is there's a whole lot going on underwater here. There's a lot of the ingredients for the sausage to be made. But even at that, we don't have time to wait until July to solve some of these immediate issues. Because it's just going to get worse.
