The Oil Industry Is Underinvesting 365 Billion Dollars a Day

The oil industry has spent two years deferring new project and sustaining capital investments of about three billion dollars a day. Oil share prices fell, raising the cost of equity and debt became much less available. Maintaining supply requires constant effort with regard to sustaining capital investment. So we're behind the eit ball. We're trying to make up for the deficit. Some of the biggest lending institutions in the world have begun to sell sanction.
