Oil share prices fell, raising the cost of equity and debt became much less available. Maintaining supply requires constant effort with regard to sustaining capital investment. So we're behind the eit ball. We're trying to make up for the deficit. Some of the biggest lending institutions in the world have begun to sell sanction.
