I think a way to micro dose this effect that you're describing is to do some sort of fasting or even high intensity training, anything that stresses your body. I like naturally, like for example, on certain like Tamil bass are very popular for me going to 95 degrees Celsius. Sonar is super relaxing. Like, I love this. And so it's incredible to see the kind of use stress that you're adding into your life and the benefits that you're seeing. So anyway, I'm more than happy to eat your fish.
