Net Warlal - A Con Man's Story

Net Warlal started out by swindling jewelry stores in large department stores. He was careful to limit his purchases to a few thousand rupees, so as to combat any suspicion that might arise. In 1944, he is arrested for more fraud this time in a city called Gorakpur. We don't know how he gets out, but this arrest marks the first time that he busts himself out of prison. It's not going to be his last.
