When you're launching something, it's all about leverage. If you have a new idea tomorrow, you just make a website and see if people sign up before you even start investing time and energy into building a product. And that's the most important message we really want to get across is, I hate do this experimentation. The vast majority of ideas do fail, but when you find one, it's something special. So just keep it ready and keep testing.
