Is a Day Off Alcohol a Good Thing?

Two or three days a week, no alcohol at all, that absolutely gives your liver a chance to recover. It's probably better to have two separate days and to have two days in a row. The other thing is to look at other ways of improving your sleep. I think exercise, morning exercise is the best way. If you exercise in the morning, running the morning, gets your body into the best rhythm for sleeping at night - what you mustn't do is what you want.
