What's the Difference Between Tech Companies and Real Estate Companies?
I was really struck by what you said about tech companies. I love that because not everybody wants the same structure or not everybody. It only is good for the industry and for consumers if there's a range of ways that we can do this. We also had Ryan Sirhant. Do I say that right? Or is it Sir Hant? I can't never remember. And he basically said, if this was going to be a rental, it was going to being a rental. He talked about one lead that called him and wanted a rental. The guy ended up buying over a hundred million dollar home.
