i always start my interviews with wit the people side of things. I think your gut and listeng to customers is very important too, but i think metrics are important. The second one i like is asking people about a business case that they built. And beyond thatwhat ireally tells me is, are they oriented around management or not? Ritlick: "I feel, or believe, very strongly in looking at metrics"
