There's certain neighborhoods at one point when we were doing this pre-COVID, we needed about 350 a foot rents now it's more to make the numbers pencil. There are people that built outside those areas. I never understood how they ever made the numbers work on those. So our area that we focus when brokers call up is west of downtown north of the 10 south of one on one. Those are the areas where we thought we could get our rents and make numbers work.
