How I Found Urban Decay

Sally Kohn is the founder of Urban Decay. She started out in marketing and advertising before starting her own company. The name comes from Sandy's husband at the time Len, his total computer genius. It just stuck because we were really trying to say it's not about fitting the mold perfectly but finding beauty in whatever it is in your face in others.
