We will start with you as a leader. What does that look like for you? I think thiss is critically important. It's one of those, i would say, major paradime shifts from when i started a ministry,. But now, i love that you're pushing for entrent and championing open brokenness. As a lead, leaders have to go first. And so it simply means here's what it means to be vulnerable here.
