Sleep Strategy Number Six - No Naps During the Day
Sleep strategy number five: No naps during the day. If you're struggling to get into bed and then you nap during the day, you're gonto be tired at all by evening. Keep a journal or a notebook and write down everything that you're worried about before you go to bed. Get up as close to your normal time as possible - this is for your circadian clock. This is going to signal to circatian clock that it's time to get up. Seeing the sunset can protect against the negative effects of light later in the evening.
