What Makes for a Great Team?

i think you have to be alined on vision. You always want to work with high quality peopleand that's something that compounds more than anything else. The best teams, whether music and sports or in business, do all those things at the same time. So compentery, skill sets, like minded in terms of my culture and who you are his people. But then also guys that'll push you and a get the best out of you.
