Is the NTSB a Prosecutor?
The NTSB wanted to audio record the interviews for a verbatim transcription. The pilot's union said they would not participate in audio recorded interviews in any manner. "I don't know of any instance where the voice recorder has leaked," says NTSB investigator Sean Payne.
