What I've Learned From Pastry School

Cat went to pastry school in 20 17. It was a six month programme that cost 26 thousand dollars. Within a few years, cat realized high pressure restaurant kitchens didn't feel like the right fit and started teaching baking to kids. Her partner at work a baresta, which covered health care for both of them. But it was tight for them, and for many of their friends in food service. So yi saw a lot of money pain, just like, really mad.
