Introduction

Just 13 types of crops provide about 80% of the world's energy absorption. As temperatures get hotter, rainfall becomes less predictable and extreme weather happens more often, these crops might not be enough to feed us all. Is there a single solution? Can we just make super corn? Not quite. We'll need to breed crops to be more resilient to climate change and study new crops that might be better suited to the new climate. Plus, we'll just have to eat different foods.
