USO Files for a Reverse Split

The first thing to watch is on the 28th, that's this coming Tuesday. USO has filed for a reverse split and they also filed to increase the number of authorized shares. The thing to watch there would be the open interest in those first four futures contracts. And if it does, it means that the ETP is buying more and we're guessing that the other side of that trade is going to be producers.
