Aaron Carroll: My biggest mistake in real estate so far was hiring a contractor who wasn't paying his employees. He says the integrity piece of that like hurts him more than the 2030 grand he lost on it. "I feel like I'm in promise to this family, to the family that like lived on that street" said Carroll.
