The Importance of Partnership in a JOB

Roland Martin: It's a scary time to take that leap, right? But I think you have to think about your mindset a little bit and think that, okay, if I don't do it, it could be a lot scarier. You know, sure, there's potential for great appreciation, but there's also potential that maybe not, you know, that's not a guarantee. That's got to be a better return. So as I was working from home in 2014, I started listening to bigger pockets of things every day. At least this whole time when you're going back to work on the podcasts, at least get my money out there.
