What Are the Brain Waves?

The brain waves that you need when youre focusing and concentrate are primarily alpha waves. Alpha waves are the dominant frequency in your brain between about eight and 14 herts, that is clicks per second. We have found that sounds that have a sharp attack, like a high hat or a sound, or a sequence that it's going k, or a guitar that splang, didddd d d d d those attack sounds trigger the brain into a specific state.
