How to Be More Human and Compassionate in Meditation

I think, i'm telling you that story was really liberating for me. You cannot rock up to meditation feeling peaceful, calm and contented every day. And not as a human condition and use. It's one of the things that i get annoyed about in the in the king of self help, in the guru world. We just need to be more human and more compassionate. Because being human means that we're a mex of everything. And sometimes that's mercy, and it's imperfect, and that's absolutely fine,. because that's how it's meant to be. That's where we grow.
