Italy's Problems Are Even Worse
Italy's tanks are under-armoured, under-powered and their artillery is frankly out of date. They've got anti-tank guns but nothing on a par with a pack 40 or something like that. If Germany is struggling for resources, Italy's problems are even worse. And it is absolutely the case that the command is absolutely rotten at the very core, the top, the political system is rotten. The training is rotten. They don't have it.
