The number of companies that would be logical candidates for this is so large relative to the population of searchers. So are there differences in availability of capital for searchers in us? Compared to europe? That's a great question. The typical formulation we see is a bunch of experienced search investors in the us, together with a handful of european investors who are new to search, but like the company.
