Are You Working With Young People After a Suspension?
Every coach will have a maximum case load of ten young people, and five of which we anticipate being really particularly in need. They will go in every day to the schoola so they'll go in six hours a day, five days a week during time time. And then also there'll be touch points in the holidays to ensure that those young people don't go off track. It's an intensive approach in the beginning. Once they've got better self regulation, they'll then be able to make better decisions. That leads to the kind of character virtues, the civic virtues and performance virtues.
