I view it on two timescales. I would say maybe on a day, 45 minutes to an hour, I think I never have a feeling of fatigue or wasting time. Then on a weekly basis, there's actually some research around specifically video games and video game addiction and stuff. They basically say that the threshold is 20 hours a week. If you exceed20 hours a week, it starts to get into addiction territory.
