It seems as if this lawsuit is taking information that the justice department has unearthed in its january sixth investigations and sort of re purposing it. So what would a defence be? Cotit will be difficult, i think all of them, but perhaps one, have actually been criminally charged for their individual roles they assumed at the ged in with respect to the insurrection that occurred on January 6th. It's the old age, i think, that actions speak louder than words.
