Open and Closed End Funds on the Debt Side
There are tremendous opportunities for really great risk adjusted returns in debt right now. And we have an open end US value add fund on in our equity business. That's unusual in the market to have that and generally the people who are in that product are people who you know they value having that format. It is targeting returns as a closed end value add fund, it raises capital in a similar way but yet it does have that liquidity you're not locked in for seven to ten years.
