Nadine: I think that between self compassion, managing your intake and making things look bit more simple. These are really powerful practices for anybody to engage with. Am start to notice your sleep? Patrons, most of us are not resting. We're collapsing into bed at the end of the day from sheer exhaustion and over stimulation to the very gadgets that we're on. That's one thing. The other thing i notice within myself is when i start to get short tempered when i' start to snap at things that are disproportionate to actually what's going oni look at them. And it works. It definitely works.
