The Importance of Play in Workouts

I loved how flexible you were on the mountain and your willingness to improvise or perform different challenges or slopes during the day depending on certain factors. Something that is changing now in sports and particularly baseball but this is like a very recent thing is incorporating more play into practice. One of the things that I started to incorporate in my workouts after baseball which I want to bring back to when I start to throw again was like improvising what I want to do that day on top of the plan.
