Alan Dershowitz is an American lawyer and law professor who taught at Harvard Law School for just under 50 years. He served as the appellate adviser on the murder trial of O. J. Simpson, forming part of the legal "Dream Team", alongside Johnnie Cochran and F. Lee Bailey. He was a member of the defense team for Jeffrey Epstein (2006), Harvey Weinstein (2018) and President Donald Trump in his first impeachment trial (2020). He has represented many other celebrity clients such as John Lennon, Mike Tyson, Patty Hearst, Leona Helmsley, Jim Bakker, Claus von Bülow and Julian Assange.
