How to Use TV to Learn English
English teachers know how to modify the way we speak to make it easier for people. The average native speaker who has never taught English as a foreign language just has no conception really of the fact that the way they talk just normally is really hard to understand. So often we're only using about 2000, 3000 words. It's not like in writing where you can see a much more diverse range of words. We don't want to get too hung up on words.
