flow, as it was originally defined is depressingly unattainable. Anxiety digs a hole deeper that makes it harder to get and so i've come up with something that i use all the time - micro flow. Micro flo is not dependent on how many hours you practised or how high a level. It's dependent on how much you are enjoying the process. This super power is one that's both a tool to help people out of bad anxiety, but it becomes a super power as you practise it more and more.
