Maxine Bernier's Challenge in the Writing of the by-Election

Gary Carlin: Maxine Bernier is going to have a real challenge in the by-election. He says he doesn't see pandemic measures as an issue that has much relevance or interest for voters this time of year. The new Democrats actually have a contested nomination and they're nominating their candidate tomorrow evening, so it'll be interesting to see what's at stake there.
