The Growth Spot in Crickett
If you're at 15 or 16, that could be 20 to 30 hours per week that you're engaging in ballet training. In many instances, for those late developers, it might be even worse because you go through growth spurt relatively later on. I think in sports, such as Crickett in particular, where those types of back injuries can be really, really problematic for this sport. There's a real need to take into account the identification of the growth spurt and better coaching the kids through that point of time.
